Doloc Town Fish
Two 1.0 tables (Neoseeker 7 Aug 2026 and Raider King 8 Aug 2026) agree on Carp, Catfish, and Golden Fish. Rod shop prices and extra species are third-party. Steam does not publish a fish list.
Rods and bait
Lightman’s tutorial gives the Old Fishing Rod. Bamboo can hook every fish on the current community table; later rods only make the minigame faster. Both guides say there is no bait. Shop prices on Neoseeker (Basic 350, Old 100, Bamboo 1,000, Fiberglass 3,000, Carbon 6,000) are unverified against Steam.
The three searches people actually type
Carp: freshwater, Deep Forest pond, wetland lotus pond, Old City hidden pond. Any month, weather, and time. Basic rod. Community sell 30 G.
Catfish: several freshwater spots including Deep Forest and Old City deep water. Any month/weather, 19:00–02:00 (crosses midnight). Old rod. Community sell 65 G. Raider King says only Catfish and Pike care about the clock.
Golden Fish: Deep Forest pond only. Any month/weather/time. Old rod. Community sell 1,000 G. That pond’s junk rate is listed as 0%.
Biome calendars
Wetland water always fishes as Heavy Rain. Old City always fishes as Harsh Dry. Salmon is listed as Light Rain 25–27 (Salmon Festival) on a Bamboo rod. Alternate English names (Hoplias, Fluorescent Eel) are unverified.
