Steam does not ship a relationship roster. Two gift guides (grindnstrat v1.0 and Neoseeker) match on 13 giftable NPCs. Japanese pages add more names (Kuma, Licca, Mira, Abel, Heron). Extra names are unofficial extras, not a second romance list — official FAQ: no dating or marriage.

Affinity cap Level 10. Two gifts per character per week. Birthday gifts are 3× and do not spend the weekly cap. Birthday party bonus +100 on grindnstrat. Premium Set Meal is a shared loved gift on that guide. Birthday months follow the calendar.

English play videos confirm Hult sells backpack upgrades. Japanese pages that call him a guard are set aside. Licca (Kasia’s sister) appears on Japanese pages as an occasional seed seller on day 03/09 — unofficial until an English 1.0 guide matches.
